Company History
In 1995, Ron Young founded The Advisory Group: a company dedicated to providing commercial real estate advisory services to healthcare and other industry clients.
Over the years, The Advisory Group has performed feasibility studies, lease portfolio management, site selection, and Office of Inspector General (OIG) litigation support. The company has also served as an owner’s representative on facility development matters.
The Advisory Group concentrates its work on performing fair market rental rate analyses, valuations, and market feasibility studies for commercial properties. Under Ron Young’s leadership his company has conducted over 5,000 fair market valuations and feasibility studies across the United States since 2007.
Ron Young
Counselor of Real Estate
Ron is a licensed and career commercial real estate professional with over 30 years of experience advising the healthcare industry. He is recognized by his peers as being an expert in the field and holds the designation of being a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE).
Jordan Young
Senior Analyst
Jordan joined her dad at The Advisory Group in 2024. She was previously the executive director of a historic house museum and fellowship program for scholars and artists.
Jordan has a BA in Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara, an MFA in Poetry from the University of Arizona, and a MA in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Manzar Samii
Executive Coordinator
Manzar joined The Advisory Group in 2025. She previously worked at an art space in Santa Fe, NM supporting emerging artists.
Manzar has a BA in Communications from Richmond University in London, an MSc in Gender, Media and Cultural Studies from London School of Economics and a PhD in Cultural Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London.
